In Sicily we are, imagine a little tour where a couple, actually living there show you their farm life in Sicily nowadays.

Fabio and Annarella are glad to host people who want to have an authentic experience in Sicily sharing a tasting menu after a short visit to the Farm. A true food experience in Sicily where ingredients came back to be the most important part of the meal.

Having a meal surrounded by Olives and Carobs, inside a live Farm tasting all it gives to us. From fresh olive oil, olives, local cheese, and homemade wine everything they offer came from their Farm or their near Farmers’ friends

It isn’t easy to concentrate the amount of these layers of this island’s differences but maybe one of the ways to have a feeling about that can be having a food experience. What a good instrument to simplify such a complex historical place. Recipes and dishes here are a kind of synthesis of thousands of years still preserved in many aspects of Sicilian life and culture.

Fabio and Annarella are amazing hosts. Their farm above the clouds is filled with warmth, Sicilian history, and one of the nose delicious meals you’ll have. Fabio is a passionate storyteller and Annarella takes the highest quality ingredients and makes magic. A unique and special way to get to know this region. Fabio en zijn vrouw zijn zo gastvrij dat je je direct thuis voelt op hun boerderij nabij Noto. We hebben genoten en met veel interesse geluisterd naar de verhalen van Fabio. Zijn kennis en kunde op het gebied organic farming brengt hij op overtuigende en anekdotische wijze over op zijn publiek. Hij is heel open: verteld met plezier zijn, en is tegelijkertijd ook erg geinteresseerd in de achtergond van zijn publiek. Dan het diner met producten van eigen land. We hebben geweldig gegeten. Fabio en zijn vrouw lichten de gerechten toe, en schuiven graag nog eens aan voor een anekdote. Vertskapet gjorde dette til en uforglemmelig dag. Fabios kunnskap om økologisk dyrking var fantastisk og ekte fremført. Annarella lagde fantastiske retter av egne grønnsaker, den ene høydaren etter den andre.
