Experience a 3 days with us enjoying the farms, cooking, and celebrating good food together.

Come to Sicily and visit our multi-generational farms, where domestic, sustainable, traditional agriculture gives us the opportunity to taste the season directly.
This is not an intensive agriculture farm, but a living place that provides us with ingredients.

Like each of our workshops, we choose a protagonist. A starting point, which, as always in traditional Sicilian cuisine, is found in nature.

This time, we will get to know it well by picking and cooking it together: The wild fennel.

If you would like to know more about Sicily and the culinary heritage of the south of Italy, according with our MANIFESTO, we invite you to join us for a small-group farm and cooking experience where we going to explore the use of this ingredient in the Sicilian Culinary Tradition

Over three days, you’ll visit farms, cook in our social kitchen, explore charming local food osterias in our area, visit additional farms, and enjoy walking through some archaeological sites in the region.

More than just a workshop, it’s a food enthusiast meeting, a chance to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and use this passion to create new experiences. It’s an informal culinary cultural exchange to share information and practices.
The experience is limited to 12 people max.

All transfers, guided tours, cooking classes, wine tastings, and breakfasts are included. Please note that overnight accommodations are not included, as the Noto area offers a wide variety of Bed and Breakfasts, Holiday Homes, Hotels, and apartments catering to all budgets and preferences.
