This time join us to prepare the traditional Maccheroni alla Calabrese!

Coming from the hot lands of Calabria (you know, we love it), this simple yet flavorful dish is a true masterpiece of Italian cuisine.

Do you have a “ferretto”?
Yes, you’ll have something like that, a skewer stick or similar, even a wooden one will do. Because to make macaroni you will need it! We will use the classic recipe, just semolina flour and water, and then a “Calabrese” style sauce.

No previous experience is required and all ingredients and instructions will be provided in advance.
